PROJECT OVERVIEW:

A new 70,000 SF horizontal tower expansion, including associated sitework, utilities, and landscaping. The project will feature a complete interior buildout with all finish trades, casework, and a full MEP fit-out. Program scope includes a new lobby and waiting area, 18 medical/surgical beds, reconfigured materials management space, and an expanded Cath Lab.
