Provo Airport will be expanding its existing terminal by 35,000 SF to enhance ticketing and baggage operations and to support future terminal expansions. Ground-up scope includes structure, skin, interior finishes, sitework, utilities, and landscaping. Layton will also perform a partial buildout to the interior, with shell space for future gate expansions.

Layton Construction will issue bid invitations via BuildingConnected. To contract work with Layton, all trade partners and subcontractors must prequalify. We strongly encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)-certified firms to participate, and Layton is committed to providing equitable contracting opportunities.
